01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takvip ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the takvip website located at https://takvip.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through takvip, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the takvip platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not carry legal weight. Where a conflict arises between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

takvip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice for minor adjustments, and with reasonable notice for material changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://takvip.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with takvip's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may apply to individual offers. All supplementary policies form part of the overall agreement between you and takvip.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The takvip platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. takvip enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity, unless expressly agreed in writing with takvip.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of takvip or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the takvip platform or had your account closed for a terms violation.
• You are not using the platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other service designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

By creating an account on takvip, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If any of the above criteria cease to apply during your use of the platform, you are obligated to notify takvip immediately and to stop using the platform until the matter is resolved.

takvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending receipt and verification of such documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of takvip's services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one account on the takvip platform. Opening, or attempting to open, a second or subsequent account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, takvip will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may retain any winnings generated through the use of a duplicate account.

takvip employs KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of these procedures, you may be required at any time to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in the KYC process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and — where appropriate — referral to the relevant authorities.

takvip reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, which remains subject to these Terms and any applicable platform policies.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

takvip supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary over time and takvip reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at its discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• The minimum USDT deposit is $10 USDT equivalent.
• Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your takvip wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Processing delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are outside takvip's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.
• takvip does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
• All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case takvip will arrange an alternative method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is released. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to re-verification where takvip deems it necessary.
• Any balance that includes uncleared bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

takvip offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced odds on selected cricket markets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, crash games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are stated on each offer's dedicated page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirement being met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is ৳500 (or currency equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and Fraud: takvip reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim a bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through coordinated play, or through any form of system exploitation. Decisions made by takvip in this regard are final.

takvip reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the takvip platform, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the takvip platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or using an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any interaction with takvip support.
• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug or error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information to place sports bets.
• Using the platform in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward takvip staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the takvip software or proprietary systems.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or takvip may close a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure at Your Request: You may request to close your takvip account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address listed on this site. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible withdrawable balance will be processed to your nominated payment method. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

Closure or Suspension by takvip: takvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• takvip has reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the account.
• The player requests self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose takvip to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has not logged in for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months (inactive account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, takvip reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud, money laundering, or another serious breach is confirmed, takvip may retain the balance in full and — where applicable — initiate recovery proceedings.

08 Limitation of Liability & Disputes

takvip provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses resulting from temporary downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takvip shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Losses caused by interruptions to live sports data feeds, odds calculation errors subsequently identified and corrected, or technical faults in third-party game software.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet, the crediting of a deposit, or the processing of a withdrawal, you must contact takvip support within 7 days of the relevant transaction or event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. takvip will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 10 business days. The decision of takvip's dispute resolution team is final in respect of all matters relating to bet settlement and account management.

In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the takvip platform and information held in the platform's server-side records, the server-side records shall be considered the authoritative source and shall take precedence for all dispute resolution purposes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by takvip in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and takvip with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
